Dioclis Durán Acosta

Graduated as an Electrical Engineer from the José Antonio Echevarría Higher Polytechnic Institute in 1992. He studied at the Moscow Energy Institute, former USSR (1986-1991). Postgraduate in Political Overcoming (2001) and Postgraduate: "With Fidel we fight for great solutions" (2004), both at the Ñico López Higher School of the Party. He completed the Diploma in Marxist social science and contemporary times with the theme "Dialectic of revolutionary and humanist thought in José Martí and Fidel Castro", University of Havana (2005).
