José Luis Méndez Méndez

Writer, Cuban university professor and diplomat, collaborator of the Cubadebate digital platform. He is a Senior Researcher and Associate Senior Lecturer. He has been awarded the Annual Prize of the Cuban Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Higher Education, as well as the Annual Prize of the Cuban Society of International Law. He has published numerous books and articles.
