Manuel A. Pérez Alfaro

Comic book writer in Cuba, creator of characters such as Fefo el Cuentero, Camila and Víctor Sierra. Author of adaptations of Cuban stories to the comic. Editor of the Pablo de la Torriente Brau publishing house, in charge of the comic and humor magazines. Initiated in the realization of radio and television scripts, he directed for a time the Animation Studios of the ICAIC. In the 1980s he served as editor of the magazines Cómicos and Pablo, in addition to coordinating the different editions of the Ibero-American Comic Meeting. He passed away on August 6, 2022.
